All my life, I have been an artist—a Bharatanatyam dancer, storyteller, and creator. Through movement, words, and imagination, I’ve learned to nurture moments of joy and make a practice of it.
Joy is not something that simply arrives; it is an intentional choice. You choose it again and again , even when you don’t think you can.
