Beauty is not decoration it is noticing. The light on a wall. The weight of morning silence. A flower persisting in a crack in the pavement.
When we stop to witness beauty, we interrupt the spiral. We remember there is a world beyond our pain and it is worth staying for.
The second pillar
Art
Art is the voice that speaks when words fail. You don't need to be an artist. You need only to make something anything from what you're feeling.
Draw, doodle, collage, colour. The act of making is an act of trust that you have something worth expressing, and a world willing to receive it.
The third pillar
Rhythm
Rhythm is the heartbeat beneath everything. It is the ritual of morning chai, the cadence of a daily walk, the pulse of a prayer or a poem spoken aloud.
When life breaks apart, rhythm rebuilds it quietly, steadily, one small repeated act at a time.
