Joy does not wait for healing.
Take Your First Step
Something brought you here today. Maybe your own wings got clipped right when you were expected to fly. Maybe you're asking yourself the same question I once asked, on repeat. How do I cope. Do I even cope.
Here is what I found, after living through more than one rupture. Your pain does not have to be unique to matter. Nobody is singled out for pain like this. What decides whether life stays vibrant afterward is how you cope, what you learn, how you transform and grow.
I do not have it figured out. I have practised what I am about to show you through every rupture, not perfectly. Often messily and wallowing in self-doubt. But consistently enough that it worked. You don't need to be pure or feeling loved or validated. You just need to be willing. Willing is enough.
Here are a few places to begin, depending on what brought you here today.
