Freedom Doesn’t feel like You think it does

We imagine freedom as the day pain disappears. But real freedom is quieter: doing what needs to be done even when it still hurts. Showing up, creating, nurturing, and living alongside the wound. You’re not stuck. You’re already free. You just didn’t recognize it.

Who are you becoming?

We are often raised to define ourselves in reference to others. But true individuation means choosing from within-free of borrowed guilt or irrelevant ambition. When we discern who we are becoming, we grow from our own rhythm, not another’s narrative.
